Display your product in the National Convention Retail Area during all operating hours of the event! Own the market as the exclusive provider of your product category.
Operate a retail space near registration or high traffic area. ACF will determine the area
Retail space is open for entire conference and attendees will be able to purchase and take products home
Space will accommodate up to 4 6ft tables and cannot extend more than 10ft from the foyer wall. Total space cannot exceed 240 sq ft.

Fire Marshal and Venue Management have final say over location
Exclusivity: sponsor must only display products that fall within the agreed upon category i.e. cutlery, apparel, etc
Sponsor must communicate to ACF a list of products that will be sold 1 month prior to convention. ACF has the right to approve/deny items on the list
Sponsor is responsible for costs associated with storage of retail products
Sponsor will receive a $10,000 fine and exclusion from future events for violation of any terms
Recognition as a Convention sponsor on ACF platforms before, during and after event
