Retail Space

Display your product in the National Convention Retail Area during all operating hours of the event! Own the market as the exclusive provider of your product category.

  • Operate a retail space near registration or high traffic area. ACF will determine the area

  • Retail space is open for entire conference and attendees will be able to purchase and take products home

  • Space will accommodate up to 4 6ft tables and cannot extend more than 10ft from the foyer wall. Total space cannot exceed 240 sq ft.

  • Logo on signage near the retail space

  • Fire Marshal and Venue Management have final say over location

  • Exclusivity: sponsor must only display products that fall within the agreed upon category i.e. cutlery, apparel, etc

  • Sponsor must communicate to ACF a list of products that will be sold 1 month prior to convention. ACF has the right to approve/deny items on the list

  • Sponsor is responsible for costs associated with storage of retail products

  • Sponsor will receive a $10,000 fine and exclusion from future events for violation of any terms

  • Recognition as a Convention sponsor on ACF platforms before, during and after event
